From early morning vehicle checks to final handovers, our team works profusely to ensure every hire experience meets our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and reliability.

Our Rental Administrators coordinate bookings, manage enquiries, and keep everything on schedule, whilst balancing a fast-paced stream of requests to ensure each customer’s needs are met. Meanwhile, our preparation and inspection teams perform comprehensive checks on every vehicle before it leaves our site, including fuel, tyre pressure, and safety inspections, followed by a full clean. This teamwork ensures that every vehicle is ready to perform the moment you collect it, maintaining the level of service and quality our customers have come to expect.

We are continually reviewing and improving our systems to make hiring with Motorent as efficient and straightforward as possible so we will be implementing our corporate booking portal soon! While the introduction of our new booking system has taken longer than anticipated, we remain committed to its successful implementation. Once live, it will simplify the booking process and enhance communication at every stage of hire. We can’t wait to launch this to our existing corporate customer’s and gather their feedback.
