When calling for quotes keep your rentals in periods of 24 hours (our rental days). This means you will get the most out of your rental and it will keep costs down.
Bring the correct ID. We will need your driver’s licence (card part), additional I.D. (utility bill, bank statement, passport). We will also need your NI number or the DVLA check code (call for more details if you are unsure).
Check the vehicle thoroughly for any damage before leaving! We will check round the vehicle with you and mark any damage down on our paperwork.
Ensure you know the type of fuel and where the fuel cap is (all vehicles are different).
Check you know how to operate the vehicle safely and correctly. And make sure you set up the sat nav/radio before driving! We are more than happy to help.
Be careful of curbs when parking your rental vehicle, scuffed alloys are the most common piece of damage we find.
Before returning the vehicle check you haven't left any personal belongings. Don't forget to check the boot! The most common lost articles include mobile phones, sunglasses and umbrellas.
